Warranty & Guarantee
All Sumatra surfboards are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is covered: Structural factory defects, original skin delamination, and fin box/handle mounting flaws not caused by impact.
What is not covered: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, wave breakage (snapping), impact with sandbanks or rocks, prolonged sun/heat exposure, or improper storage.
We also offer a 14-day return window for unused boards in their original packaging across the EU.
Board Care & Maintenance
To maximize the lifespan of your softboard: Rinse with fresh water after every session. Avoid leaving the board exposed to direct sunlight or inside a hot car for extended periods. Do not apply surf wax to EVA textured decks. Store flat or vertically in a cool, shaded area.
